Without limiting any of the foregoing or hereunder, SN’s products, technology and processes referred to or posted on the Web Site may be covered by one or more US and international patents and/or are subject to other trade secrets and/or any other proprietary rights. Other domestic and international patents have been filed by SN and are pending. No transfer or grant of any rights under any such patents is made or is to be implied.
