Seisnetics, LLC Seisnetics is a geoscience service company dedicated to providing automated pre-interpretation of 3D seismic volumes based on a unique methodology using Genetic Algorithms. Development of the Seisnetics® application began six (6) years ago with the desire to offer a radically new methodology that would deliver an unbiased pre-interpretation of large-scale seismic volumes without human intervention*. A natural solution was found by using the same Genetic Algorithms proven in the field of medical sciences for the global correlation and mapping of plant, animal and human DNA.
After extensive development and testing, Seisnetics has embarked on the commercial delivery of this technology to energy exploration companies worldwide. Our mission is to accelerate the early E&P cycle by providing an accurate and rapid pre-interpretation of 3D seismic volumes while working in and respecting the existing workflows that exist within each of our Client companies. Seisnetics remains focused on providing this broadly applicable service to the industry in a timely and efficient manner. Another goal was to develop a service that would respect the workflow of all E&P operators regardless of which seismic interpretation tools were chosen by the operator to be utilized on a given project.
